Volunteer

The festival’s multiple moving parts are serviced by a team of dedicated volunteers whose skill and experience keep proceedings afoot annually and throughout the year.

Opportunities are available to gain first-hand experience producing an art event, networking, and trying a fun-filled adventure.

Roles include project management, content and digital support, event production, media and hospitality. 

LIPFest provides a great experience for volunteers, pays a stipend, and gives you the thrill of watching things unfold behind the scenes.

All associated costs will be reimbursed.
