The African Continental Free Trade Area agreement (AfCFTA) is gradually becoming a reality. The arduous step toward a single market and ease of movement for people and goods across the continent has been slow and halting. But where politicians have stalled, artists have accelerated. Ghanaian writer and researcher Elizabeth Johnson leads an evening of performances and conversation on literature, art, and poetry as a mechanism for Pan-African unity.
